Industrial Rubber Specialties, Inc., sells, services, and installs conveyor belting for a variety of industries, including recycling, asphalt, aggregate, furniture, and various manufacturers.
Conveyor Belt Technicians perform this work. Our employees learn to vulcanize belts endless in the shop and the field, as well as producing products in our shop for delivery.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined, have a valid driver's license, and relatable work experience.
Pay is dependent on experience.
